Part 8 – “They have taken our houses through an illegal foreclosure process, despite not having the original mortgage.”

First of all, if the foreclosure process was illegal, then that would make this an issue for the courts, not a protest in Pioneer Park.

Second, I believe it’s a complaint stems from a specific incident by a select few mortgage companies and that it was already addresses by the banks and by Congress.  In most cases the people being foreclosed on hadn’t paid their mortgage bill in months, so I don’t see that they have any room to complain.  Either way, it’s a moot point as the problem was corrected.  Call your mortgage lender or your congressman and complain if you still have a problem.  Or make your mortgage payments on time and you won’t have issues like this.
